1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website coremeshlab.com, and your booking of chapter tours and spa retreat experiences offered through the website.

By using the website and/or making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Availability and limits

All tour and spa retreat experiences are subject to availability and may change without notice. Some dates, capacities, and inclusions may be limited.

We may restrict access or cancel bookings if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing, taxes, and e-commerce information

Prices shown on the website for booked experiences are the prices applicable at the time of booking. Where applicable, taxes and other mandatory charges are included or specified in the booking flow.

To the extent required for distance/e-commerce transactions in Ukraine, seller/provider identification and service pricing/tax information are provided in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015, Article 7.

4. Consumer information before booking

Before you conclude a distance/online arrangement, we provide consumer information about the service/provider in the official language and in a manner required by Ukrainian consumer protection rules.

This is done in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.

5. Electronic contract language

If an electronic agreement is concluded for online transactions, the contract is provided in the state language. Where agreement exists, other languages may be offered.

For online transactions, this requirement is based on Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015, Article 11.

6. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Booking cancellation, change, and refund options (if any) are described in the relevant booking/experience information shown before confirmation.

We may adjust schedules or substitute services where necessary for operational reasons, safety, or force majeure, while striving to maintain comparable quality.

Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the specific rules displayed for that experience and may depend on timing and applicable restrictions.

7. Guest conduct and safety

You agree to follow instructions from our staff and applicable rules during tours and spa retreat experiences. Any behavior that endangers others, disrupts experiences, or violates venue policies may result in removal without refund, where permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, coremeshlab.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the booked experiences is limited to the amounts actually paid by you for the relevant booking, unless a different limitation is required by mandatory law.

9. Personal data and legal basis

If the website processes personal data, including via analytics/ads systems that can identify users, we provide required information and a legal basis for such processing. Where consent is required, we collect it.

User rights related to personal data are supported in accordance with applicable law.

This section is based on Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010.

10. Advertising and trust

Marketing and advertising content about our services is intended to be legal, accurate, and trustworthy.

Where applicable, advertising requirements including clear identification and clarity are observed in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996.
