Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated:
1. Scope
This policy applies to refunds and cancellations for reservations related to travel and tour services purchased online through coremeshlab.com.
2. Definitions
- Reservation means a booking made through the Site.
- Start time means the scheduled date and time when the tour or travel service begins.
- No-show means failure to arrive or use the service without notice.
3. Cancellation by you
You may cancel a reservation at any time, but the amount refunded depends on when you cancel relative to the start time.
Typical refund schedule
- If you cancel more than 72 hours before the start time: 100% refund.
- If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before the start time: 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time: no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
For specific tours, the Site may display different conditions for your reservation. In case of conflict, the conditions shown on the reservation page apply.
4. Changes instead of refunds
At our discretion, we may offer to reschedule your reservation instead of a cash refund, subject to availability and any supplier costs.
5. Cancellation by us / capacity limits
We may cancel or modify reservations due to capacity constraints, supplier unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled part of the reservation, unless the supplier offers an alternative accepted by you.
6. Processing refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 14 business days after approval.
We may deduct non-refundable costs explicitly stated at checkout (for example, third-party fees).
7. How to request a refund or cancel
Contact us using the form on the Site or at the details in the footer. Include your reservation number and the date you requested cancellation.
